Physical repairs — not our trade

For cracked screens, battery swaps and water damage — it's not what we're set up for. Physical repairs need specialist parts & tools and a phone repair shop will do a better job.

  • I’ve just got a new iPhone and I can’t work out how to move my photos.

    Bring the old phone if you still have it. We’ll transfer everything properly in the one visit — photos, messages, apps, the lot.

  • My iPad keeps saying storage full and I can’t take photos.

    Usually photos and videos that have built up over time. We’ll clear out what’s safe and make sure the good stuff is backed up.

  • Dad can’t remember his Apple ID password and now everything’s locked.

    As long as there’s access to the recovery email or phone number, we can work through it. A very common visit — takes patience, not expertise.

  • My watch won’t connect to my new phone.

    Swapping phones often breaks the pairing on watches and earbuds. Usually a quick reset and it’s done — we’ll handle it while we’re there.

  • All my contacts disappeared when I updated.

    They’re almost always still there, just not syncing. We’ll track them down and set up proper backups so it can’t happen again.

  • I keep getting signed out of iCloud.

    Usually a sign the account settings need a tidy-up. We’ll get it stable and show you what’s actually happening with your storage while we’re at it.
