From Rosny itself north-west to Montagu Bay and on to Lindisfarne, east to Rosny Park, and south around the water to Bellerive — a short run between all five.
The small peninsula between Montagu Bay and Rosny Park, climbing the slopes of Rosny Hill behind Rosny Point. Almost the whole suburb went up in the early 1960s, one house to a block, and it has stayed that way — solid brick of that era is genuinely hard on Wi-Fi signal, so the mesh setup that works two suburbs over usually needs an extra node here.
The waterfront pocket tucked under the bridge approach, north-west of the hill. Steep streets running down to the water and a lot of homes with the modem at entirely the wrong end of the house for the room that needs coverage.
The eastern shore's civic and shopping centre, immediately east of Rosny proper. Worth naming plainly because the two get mixed up constantly when people book — Rosny Park has the offices, the interchange and the shops; Rosny is the quiet residential point next to it.
South around the water, Bellerive is the village on the point with the boardwalk and the old ferry landing. Five minutes from Rosny, and the two are usually the same trip for us when a morning booking lands on either side.
Further north past Montagu Bay, Lindisfarne is its own settled pocket — the village shops on Lincoln Street, the waterfront foreshore, and family streets climbing toward Lindisfarne North. Steady mesh Wi-Fi and smart-home work make up most of what we're out here for.
