Out past Bellerive on the eastern shore, Howrah is the family heart of Clarence — wide blocks above Shoreline Plaza, schools tucked in among the streets, and the long stretch of Howrah Beach below. South of Howrah along the eastern shore, Tranmere's a quieter coastal stretch — bigger blocks, water views, and the occasional new-build set well back from the road. Wi-Fi for two-storey homes and the long driveway out to the front gate is where most of our work down here happens.
Further around past Roches Beach, Lauderdale's almost a separate village — the airport's a short hop, the Casino's not much further, and the streets back from the beach are a mix of family homes and quieter retirees. Up the hill behind Howrah, Mornington's a settled spread of family homes with the ridgeline views east and west. Wi-Fi range across bigger blocks, the smart-home gear that comes with bigger houses, and the everyday device jobs make up the visits up there.
