South along the river, Berriedale's mix of newer estates and older waterfront homes sits on the old zinc-works peninsula where MONA now stands. North toward Bridgewater, Austins Ferry's a quiet river-edge pocket of family homes. Wi-Fi range and the everyday device jobs make up most of what we see up there — an easy add-on to a Claremont visit.
West behind the highway, Chigwell's hillside streets are an older housing stock needing the same Wi-Fi-through-thick-walls fixes as the Cadbury Estate cottages, just with a family-suburb lean — kids' devices, shared laptops, the odd smart TV setup.
